It’s easy to report issues in your Association by using the HMS Fix It app, including problems at the pool or tennis courts, damaged signs, landscape issues, burnt out lights, and more. This app uses GPS to recognize your location and gives you a list of issues handled by your particular Association to select from. Photos can be uploaded with each report and are routed to the appropriate contacts for your community to get a response as soon as possible. Residents can track the status of reports that they or other members of the community have submitted, and follow the issues from the time they are reported until they are resolved.
